Разрешение данной проблемы рассматривается по двум направлениям снижения негативного воздействия транспортной сферы на окружающую среду: переход на использование экологически чистого топлива и внедрение практики эксплуатации железнодорожного транспорта для внутригородских перевозок.</p><p>Проведен анализ типовой маршрутной сети общественного транспорта, проанализированы факторы, влияющие на возможность развития железнодорожных путей сообщения в городских условиях, изучен опыт других крупных городов России.</p><p>Представлена модель развития оптимизации маршрутной сети с позиций экологического развития, а также направления развития общественного транспорта г. Ростова-наДону.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The growth of the population of large cities in Russia leads to a deterioration in the environmental situation caused by an increase in environmental pollution from the use of public and individual transport.
