В эру цифровизации во всех отраслях не прекращаются попытки создать тормозное устройство с электромеханическим приводом. На данный момент предлагаемые конструкции электромеханических тормозов обладают рядом существенных недостатков, которые выявляются как в процессе проектирования, так и в процессе эксплуатации. Для решения этой задачи необходимо разработать промежуточную стадию тормозного устройства, работающего от «традиционных» приводов транспортного средства и изменяющего тормозные характеристики под изменяющиеся внешние условия. Для этого необходимо тормозное устройство оснастить блоком изменения тормозных характеристик при взаимодействии рабочих пар тормоза под дискретные внешние условия. В качестве основной изменяющейся тормозной характеристики был выбран тормозной момент. В результате проведенных исследований была разработана конструкция, которая позволяет изменять не только положение давления в системе «привод – колодка – диск», но и нормальную силу в паре тормоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The axial-acting braking device, which includes a disc-shoe type brake, is constantly being improved. In the era of digitalization, attempts to create an electromechanical braking device have not stopped in all industries. At the moment, the proposed designs of electromechanical brakes have a number of significant drawbacks that are identified both during the design process and during operation. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop an intermediate stage of a braking device powered by «traditional» vehicle drives and changing braking characteristics to suit changing external conditions. To do this, the braking device must be equipped with a block for changing braking characteristics when working pairs of brakes interact under discrete external conditions. The braking torque was chosen as the main variable braking characteristic.
