List of documents for publication

List of documents which must be enclosed to manuscript for publishing in the journal “Vestnik RGUPS”:

1. Expert opinion (according to the template of your organization)
2. Letter of guarantee for the transfer of copyright.
3. License agreement for the transfer of copyright in 2 copies (electronic version and by mail).
4. Additionally, a letter of recommendation from the immediate scientific supervisor is attached if the author of the article is a graduate student (there are no co-authors).
