List of documents which must be enclosed to manuscript for publishing in the journal “Vestnik RGUPS”:
1. A letter of recommendation for publishing in the correspondent issue of the journal “Vestnik RGUPS”, signed by the organization supervisor from author’s work place.
2. A guarantee letter of copyright transfer.
If the author of an article is a post – graduate student (without coauthors), it is mandatory to enclose a recommendation letter from the scientific supervisor ( download the example).
